Kitty Carry-All is Missing!

I recently broke down and picked up the newly-released The Brady Bunch – The Complete First Season 4 disc set. It contains 25 episodes of full-on late 60′s goodness, and offers the viewer a comprehensive understanding of how exactly the Brady family came to exist and learned to live together in harmony.
These shows are just as good as ever, and continue to teach viewers many important lessons about life and adjusting to new situations. Featured in this first set are more than a few memorable episodes, including the one in which Bobby is unjustly accused of stealing Cindy’s doll. Gripping drama like this has rarely been seen on television since.
It’s nice that these episodes have been preserved here in their uncut form. Many TV stations used to shave a few minutes off here and there to fit more commercials in. The sound is superb, clarity is great on most episodes, and the colors are bright… almost TOO bright, in fact. It’s hard to believe that those kids didn’t go blind from color sensory overload in that house. The outfits, decor, wallpaper, everything is IN COLOR – and in large amounts.
Having said that, I’d highly recommend picking this up if you’ve got some extra dough and have fond memories of the Brady family. It’s well worth it.
